A new challenge is offered to lead an Outokumpu business unit towards service excellence. In the project I am facilitating 5 project members in our tasks to map the current ways of working and future state, providing a company wide standard solution and developing the necessary tools and mindset for effective communication and collaboration across the global sales network.
Like my other roles in the company business trips are part of the daily routines and amounts to 25-50%
