I was recruited to a new interesting project to increase the service level of one business unit – to map ways of working (BPM – Business Process Modelling) and manage the communication & marketing of the project and new service concept. I coordinated and performed trainings at our sales companies physically complemented with interactive webinars for those we could not meet face to face.
